We maintain a list of interested parties and in the event on properties becoming vacant we will contact you. Residential properties are generally let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies with deposits held by the Deposit Protection Service. The estate is accredited by Rental Smart Wales.

Agricultural Land:  

Areas of let land regularly come up for review. Those interested in taking land on an annual grazing licence should contact the estate office.

Sporting to Let:

The Dolbeudiau & Tygwyn Fishings, Pontrhydfendigaid - River Teifi: An opportunity has arisen for an angling club or association, a syndicate or individual to rent a highly desirable and improvable stretch of the upper River Teifi. The fishings extend to approximately 1.5-miles on both banks. To be let on an Annual Lease for which offers are invited.
